Hometown: His hometown was near and later in Striaton City, before he move to Pokette. After the town closed, he didn't know where to go and went back to his parents for the time being.

Catchphrase:
He grew up somewhere, where catchphrases weren't all that big and he didn't really pick up one in Pokette, too, but he'll normally talk just very calm and laid back, giving others a homy feeling.

Personality:
Toto is a very laid back fella, even if things don't go that well sometimes. He's very peacefull and open to everybody, rarely seen angry at all, though there's one expection, being having an argument with his father. You could entrust him with any secret and he'd take it into his grave, never even thinking of misuing someone's trust or lie to them. In fact, he's a very bad liar, as he just is so open and honest, that he rarely feels like it'd be neccessary and would fail completely at it.

Moveset:
Not being one to solve situations with violence, he never really learned to fight. He relys on his natural abilities, like being able to jump quite high and not being a bad runner, too, which might be noticed in his moveset.

History:
Toto never denied he had a good childhood. Thinking back, he missed the days in which he could spend time with his best friends and hais family in peace. But as he grew up, things just weren't as easy anymore. The first issue he had was, that he began to have a really bad relationship with his father. Toto was named after his uncle, who loved to travel through the world and even though his hobby wasn't approved by him, Totos father loved and respected his brother a lot, making him go as far as naming his son after him, when, due to a misunderstanding, he though his brother had died. After roughly 7 years, Toto's uncle 'visited' the family again, though, ever having been aware he evenw as thought dead. Toto's father was furious, though, feeling betrayed and since then was not very fond of his brothers visits. Toto loved his uncle, though. Back then he didn't understand why his father was mad at him at all, he just enjoyed the stories his 'Uncle Toto' would tell about his journeys to all kinds of places and going fishing with him, as his father rarely did it anymore. Alfred, Toto's father, was not pleased with his son spending so much time with the person he lost all respect for and began being more strict towards his son. He had high expectations for his son, which Toto just couldn't fullfill. He felt peassured by his father and rather just wanted to go his own way, wherever that would lead him. But the older he got, the more torn apart their relationship got, his father not wanting his son to be 'such a good-for-nothing kinda person like his uncle'.
While he began to not be able to stand his father anymore, his mother, Clarabelle, and Totos best friends kept giving him support, though. Yet, his friends couldn't be there forever. They were a group of 5 with Toto, meeting up almost every day and going on 'little adventures', when they were young and kept being together until they were late teenagers to young adults. But life doesn't stand still and so they began to slowly drift apart. It started when Beth, a Drifblim girl at that point, was talking with Toto one evening, wondering wether or not she should leave town, so she could become an artist. She wanted to follow her dreams but was unsure. Kai, a hot-headed Persian, always had a crush on her, and everybody in the group knew it and though Beth never agreed to being closer friends, she didn't want to just leave him behind like this. Toto just adviced her to do whatever she thinks was right, since she in the end knows best what she wanted to do in life. When Beth moved away a few weeks later, Kai blamed Toto for it, saying he could have stopped her, as Beth had the most respect for him. The argument didn't go anywhere and just left Kai mad at Toto and the Grovyle heartbroken, since one of his best friends moved away and the other one was very mad at him. The groupd slowly drifted apart over the next weeks. With Toto and Kai not being able to make up and Beth gone, the tension was very great between them and the other two girls, Rika and Tara, a Pikachu and a Xatu, wanted to move on and move away to pursue their dreams as well.
It began to be too much for Toto. Even though he was generally laid back, without his support from his friends, stying in this town just seemed pointless to him, as his fathers disappointment in him didn't change. He then came across a flyer, though, finding out about a town called 'Pokette' and decided, that he, too, should try to do what he though was right and live the way he wanted, not the way his father wanted it to be. He managed to at least make up with Kai before he moved away, but it ended on a sour note between him and his father.
In Pokette, Toto found a few friends and a peacefull place to stay, where he could relax and be himself, without somebody telling him that he's wrong. The more heartbroken he was, when Pokette shut its gates, as it closed down for unknown reasons.

After the closing of the town he had called his new home, Toto went back to his parents, which wasn't an easy decision. But he didn't know where to go in such a short amount of time, so it was his only option. Things didn't change at home, as his father still thought Toto was wasting his time, not even having a proper job, becoming more like his brother, he despiced.
Toto had to keep dealing with it though. He didn't have another home at the moment and wasn't sure where to go. He just went with it for about a year, taking mini-jobs so he could earn some money for whervere he'd end up.

Then, one day, he heared about a new town, that immidiatly struck him with memories of the town he came to love.
The decision was made quick, seeing how he either could stay somewhere where he knew he wasn't welcomed anymore, or somewhere, where he might get some peace again.
Packing his belongings he might need in the new home, and bringing his pet Larvesta Paavi with him, he got back then in Pokette, he began walking towards his, hopefully, new home sweet home.

Height:
Toto is quite tall. Standing on his 'toes', he's a whooping 6' 3'' ( 190cm ), tall and standing flat on his feet being somewhere between 5' 10 ( 177cm ) and 5' 11'' ( 180cm ).

Weight:
Though being so tall, he's not actually that heavy, being somewhere around 154 lbs ( 70kg ) to 176 lbs ( 80kg )

Favourite Food:
Toto is quite fond of  fish dishes and has also a sweet tooth, especially for pies. His favourite pie is  made out of his favourite berry: Nomel Berry Pie. He enjoys sour flavours, like the Nomel Berry, though it has its limits, too.

Disliked Food:
Toto isn't all that picky, but he can't stomache too spicy food and is not all that fond of mushrooms.
He is a bit sceptical about food he never had before, funnily enough, though, he'll try unkown drinks much more willingly.

Hobbies:
Besides relaxing, enjoying being alive, he has a big interested in fishing. He says, he's a qutie bad fisherman, as he doesn't catch that many or big fish, but says that once it turns night, he will fish out the weirdest and most interesteing things out of the river and the ocean.
Secretly, Toto also likes to draw. He hides his scribbles from others, as he thinks they are very bad and rather doesn't mention it, though.
While he'd not claim to be the best chef, he enjoys baking a lot. His pies are quite good, especially his Nomel Berry Pie. Since he loves that pie a lot himself, he got quite good at making it. (yet he says himself his mother still makes it the best)

Accessory:
Often Toto is being seen with a messangerbag he carries around and keeps all kinds of stuff in. He liked to collect things and carry some things around with him when he's out.

Strenghts:
> He's quite agile, being able to jump rather high with his pwerfull legs and be a good runner, too.
> Generally he has a very calm and positive view of life and can stay calm even in tricky situations

Weaknesses:
> What makes up in speed, he lacks in power. He's not that weak, but he'd not stand many hits, if there ever would be a fight; especialy since Toto is more of a peacefull man, who wouldn't want to fight in the first place.
> He has a small problem with water. He can swim but doesn't prefer it. When he was small, he fell into the ocean once when he couldn't swim yet and since then he tends to panic, if his head is underwater.
> He has a huge problem with his father, and it can bother him a lot.
> He's absolutely not fond of the cold and god forbid snow. The colder days make him very groggy and slow, making him a rare sight outside.

Family:
> Alfred is Toto's father, a Sceptile in his late 40s, and a very strict and very stubborn man. He always wanted the best for Toto but didn't agree with the way Toto was actually developing. He didn't want him to end up like his uncle, traversing the world, being way too carefree and end up dead somewhere where they'd never know where to find him again. He basicly didn't want him to become the same as his brother. If Toto and Alfred are in one room, it's almost certain there's going to be an argument and even though Toto is normaly a peace loving guy, even he will get loud and angry when they are at it. None are backing up and it will be hard to ever make up again. It's not impossible, though.
> Clarabelle is a friendly Mareep, in her mid 40s and Toto's mother. Throughout the years, she always supported both hima nd his father, always trying to finally make them love each other again, but so far with no success. She's a typical mother, still loving and worrying about Toto as if he was still a small child. She's also the only reason Toto even resturns home every now and then but it hurts her to see the two most important persons in her life to be so angry at each other.

Trivia:
> He probably fears fire less than he should. He never had real concerns about it and even kept a Larvesta as a pet, even going as far as having a weakness (no pun intended) for fire-types when it comes to attraction.
> He's bi (or even pan?),- sexual, and had his fair share of crushes on both genders before.

> His head-leaf is very long and Toto likes it that way, but if he wanted he could cut it up to about shoulder height without problem, just havng to wait a bit before it turnes into a propper leaf again.
